These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ZQ999 ("ZQ999", "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ZQ999 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of ZQ999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ZQ999 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account held on the ZQ999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by ZQ999 to eligible Users, subject to applicable Promotional Terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds from a User to ZQ999 for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under applicable compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the ZQ999 website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services available at zq999.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where ZQ999 does not accept registrations, as updated by the Operator from time to time.
• "Promotional Terms" means any additional terms and conditions applicable to a specific bonus or promotion, as published at the point of offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying bets before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real funds from a User's Account balance back to the User via an available payout method.

To register and maintain an account on ZQ999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your own jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws of your country, state, province, or territory of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of ZQ999 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have had a previous ZQ999 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction that would prohibit you from gambling.

Each User may hold only one (1) ZQ999 account. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ZQ999 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ZQ999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify ZQ999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ZQ999 is required under applicable compliance obligations to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals, and may request verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g. National Identity Card (CNIC), passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g. a recent utility bill, bank statement issued within three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a screenshot of a mobile wallet registered in your name, or a bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation, where required under enhanced due diligence procedures.

ZQ999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC. Users who fail to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may have their account restricted or closed.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own legal name. Deposits from accounts held by third parties are not permitted. ZQ999 reserves the right to return deposits to the source account if this requirement is not met.

The payment methods available for deposit are listed within the Platform Cashier section and may be updated from time to time. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and similar payment brands are provided as familiar payment context only; ZQ999 does not claim endorsement, affiliation, or a formal payment integration with any of these institutions unless explicitly confirmed within the Cashier at the time of deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Cashier. ZQ999 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfactory compliance checks; (c) confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the balance being withdrawn; and (d) the withdrawal being made to a payment account held in the same name as the ZQ999 account.

ZQ999 will process withdrawal requests in accordance with its internal processing schedule. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary based on the payout method selected, the volume of requests, and compliance requirements applicable to the account.

ZQ999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal and may delay or decline a withdrawal request if the account is under review for compliance, fraud, or bonus-abuse investigation.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Any balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold must be played up to the minimum before a withdrawal can be initiated.

ZQ999 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. Each promotion is subject to its own Promotional Terms, which are published at the point of offer and should be read carefully before opting in.

General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the Promotional Terms. Any unmet bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus funds may only be used on qualifying games or bet types as specified per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in Promotional Terms.
• ZQ999 may withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• One bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method applies unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ZQ999 reserves the right to refuse bonus eligibility to any User at its discretion.

All bets placed on ZQ999 are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or event-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

ZQ999 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing mistake ("palpable error").
• Limit or refuse bets from any User at its sole discretion, including Users identified as consistently exploiting pricing inefficiencies.
• Suspend a market or restrict live betting on an event at any time without prior notice.
• Settle bets in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question.

In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change. ZQ999 may delay acceptance of in-play bets for verification purposes. Bets are only confirmed once a bet confirmation reference is issued to the User.

Casino games available on ZQ999, including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, crash games, roulette, baccarat, and blackjack, are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or real-time live studio streams. ZQ999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each slot and casino game in the Platform's game library. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. The house edge in all casino games means that the Operator retains a statistical advantage over time.

Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to the rules of the individual game. ZQ999 does not guarantee that any jackpot will be won within any given period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZQ999 Platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity (money laundering).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live poker or live dealer environments.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in ZQ999's systems for personal gain.
• Misusing bonuses or promotions through systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward ZQ999 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real and bonus), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

ZQ999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries financial risk. ZQ999 does not guarantee winnings, and no strategy eliminates the house edge over time.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to incur over a set period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification or automatic logout after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and ZQ999 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded users.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ZQ999. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZQ999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or comply with these Terms.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics, or market data displayed on the Platform.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity on the Platform — gambling inherently involves the risk of losing staked funds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ZQ999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ZQ999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is subject to a fraud, money laundering, or compliance investigation.
• Continued operation of the account would expose ZQ999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the User.

Where an account is closed by ZQ999 for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

A User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZQ999 support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZQ999 holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ZQ999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

ZQ999 does not warrant that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions. Users access ZQ999 at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable in their own country or territory of residence. This is not legal advice.
